Shipping Policy

We will provide delivery service for customers who purchase from our Website to almost anywhere in New Zealand. However, all products set out in your order are subject to product availability. If an ordered is out of stock, we will notify customers via email and let them know the waiting time. Otherwise, we can refund the total amount of the order by using the same payment method.

 

 

SHIPPING TIME FRAME (NZ & AU)

All orders will be packed and despatched in 24 hours once the payment is accepted (except weekends and holidays).  Please refer to the following estimated time frame for NZ & AU delivery. It will take an extra 2 to 3 working days for the rural areas in NZ. AU rural delivery depends on the courier service policy.

Shipping to Australia

For Australian orders, we offer shipping via DHL Express.

We highly recommend DHL Express shipping on all orders - it's extremely fast, avoids any customs clearance issues, and has excellent tracking every step of the way.

If you choose NZ Post eParcel shipping option, please bear in mind that NZ Post eParcel shipping service is not instant. Australia is a very large country, it takes time for Australia Post to deliver parcels.

 

DHL Express

DHL Express is a way better option if you would like to ship your order to Australia. Now you can expect your order deliver to Australia sound and save within only 3 days! 

Delivery cost depends on the weight of the parcel and it will automatically calculate by the system once you are entering your address when you checking out. The fee is $25 NZD for parcel weight under 2kg.

Orders placed and paid for before 12.30 pm (NZ time), Monday to Friday, are guaranteed to be dispatched the same day.

All international shipments require a signature on delivery.

Once your order has been handed over you will receive an automatic email notification with a link you can use to track your package.

 

Shipping Lithium-ion to Australia

  • There must be no more than 2 lithium-ion batteries in any parcel.
  • To send Lithium-ion batteries they must remain inside the electrical equipment (such as a vaping device) that they are used for.

 

SHIPPING RATES

Due to Our Courier policy, 
  • Parcel less than 5kg to the non-rural area will be charged $5.00 for each parcel, and rural area will charge $2.00 extra for each parcel.
  • Parcel less than 10kg but greater than 5kg to the non-rural area will be charged $7.00 for each parcel, and rural area will charge $2.00 extra for each parcel.
  • Parcel greater than 10kg to the non-rural area will be charged $10.00 for each parcel, and rural area will charge $2.00 extra for each parcel.
The big and Super big parcel will be the particular price which will be displayed on check out. If you have any questions or concerns about delivery fees, feel free to email us to discuss it. 

DAMAGE

Since we get orders from customers, we will guarantee the safety of all products in the order. We will wrap fragile products with bubble paper. We will make sure all products intact when they are leaving. We are also responsible for product damage. When customers get the parcel, please make a signature on the parcel and open the parcel to check if there is any damage. If there is some damage, show the delivery person and contact us immediately. We will organise another delivery or refund for customers.

 

LOST PARCELS

We will always try our best to ensure all parcels are delivered within schedule securely. For the reason we do not have any control over the third party delivery companies, lost parcels still happen under unexpected circumstances.
We will always suggest customers use Signature-Required Service for all parcels. This service ensures all the parcels are signed by the recipients (recipients must be 18+). Our insurance policy will only cover those parcels with signature-required. In other words, if your parcel is lost with the courier,  we will send you another one to replace your lost parcel.
